To provide a tutoring service that is personally inspiring, innovative and exciting, which is tailored to meet the student’s particular needs, with the best available teachers that have a proven record of producing the best results in their students and in their subject area.

To take into consideration the student’s whole make up, and providing a holistic approach to the tutoring process that considers the students hopes for the future, present goals, issues of personal worth and purpose, building constructively personal confidence, learning to make wise decisions with sound knowledge structures and achieving real and worthwhile goals.

To develop strategies and attitudes that will enhance the student’s educational and academic abilities now and throughout their lives.

We therefore promise:

1. To treat students and their families with dignity and respect at all times.
2. To provide students with only fully qualified Queensland registered and caring teachers who have a proven record of best practice.
3. To evaluate the tutoring program each week to ensure that the needs of each student is being met.
4. To provide a Tutoring Assignment to support the Tutoring Session each week.
5. To provide a motivational program that points students toward achieving their true potential.
6. To gently encourage students to take the risks associated with moving to a higher level of knowledge and skill.
7. To help students to use the learning strategies taught in the given tasks to improve their performance, persistence, patience and practice.
8. To provide a written progress report each term that describes each student's effort and achievement at the tutoring sessions and in the assignments.
9. To listen to your ideas and concerns so that we may constantly improve what we do.
10. To refund all fees for the first four weeks of tutoring if we have not met your expectations by that time.
